* 1 cup Lentils
* 1 Tb Cumin
* 3 Tb Tomato soup powder
* 1 ts Oregano
* 2 Tb Masa (or Corn flour)
* 1 ts Salt
* 1 Tb Chili Powder
* 1 Clove Garlic
* 1 Tb Onion Flakes
* 4 cups Water
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients and simmer 30 - 45 Min.
