Shrimp Creole
from: Recipes-ExchangeIngredients
* 1 lb shrimps peeled and deveined
* 6 large cloves of garlic, sliced fine AND
- 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 lb tomatoes (approx. 6 large tomatoes, diced)
* 1 tsp salt and pepper or to taste
* 2 tbs oil
* Cilantro/coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat the oil in a small non-stick frying pan (or skillet), and fry the shrimps with garlic, tomatoes and cilantro/coriander leaves, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper, for fifteen minutes.
